Position Overview

As an Aesthetician at Sous La Face, you will deliver cutting-edge treatments that go beyond traditional skincare, facials and massage. You’ll undergo considerable specialized training to master our proprietary RRR™ Treatments and other exclusive protocols developed in-house. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to evolve their practice, learn breakthrough techniques, and be part of a visionary team redefining beauty and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Face and Body Treatments

- Deliver Sous La Face’s proprietary RRR™ Treatments for the face, body, and scalp/brain.
- Provide anti-aging, acne, hydration, and other advanced skincare treatments.

Consultations & Treatment Planning

- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand needs and concerns.
- Design customized treatment and skincare plans tailored to individual clients.

Product Recommendations

- Recommend skincare products aligned with clients' goals and skin types.
- Educate clients on product use and at-home routines to enhance treatment outcomes.

Sanitation & Safety

- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and follow strict health and safety protocols.
- Sanitize all tools, equipment, and workspaces in accordance with clinic standards.

Client Records

- Document each client’s treatment details, skin progress, and product use.
- Keep records updated with every visit to monitor improvement and outcomes.

Membership Sales

- Educate clients on the benefits of our Membership Plans.

Professional Development

- Participate in all required training to master proprietary techniques.
- Stay current on industry trends, attend ongoing education, and embrace innovation.

Guest Services

- Assist with guest service/front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Provide a warm, welcoming presence and handle client communications professionally.

Client Service & Community Building





- Deliver an exceptional client experience that prioritizes hospitality and results.
- Encourage client engagement with Sous La Face’s events, challenges, and wellness initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in high-end spas or med spas where client service is top priority is an asset.

· Certification as an Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician.

· Passion for longevity, skincare, body work and client transformation.

· Willingness and excitement to undergo significant in-depth training on proprietary treatments.

· Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as part of your schedule.

· Strong communication skills, a team mindset, and a commitment to excellence.

· Dependable, punctual, and professional—you show up prepared and on time, every time.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
