The primary role of the Maintenance leader is to supervise the night staff and provide protected, clean, and presentable facilities for the staff, customers, and guests of Ciociaro.

Duties/Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Leader, but are not limited to:

Supervise the overnight set up and Clean up Crew

· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

· Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees

· Maintain garbage storage and break down of cardboard boxes, gather and empty trash

· Buffing floors using walk behind and/or ride-on floor buffer

· Strip and wax floors

· Order all paper and cleaning supplies

· Minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing door hinges, handles, stops and sweeps, tables, stages, and replacing light bulbs using a scissor lift

· Maintenance of outdoor marquee, garbage pickup of grounds, emptying of outdoor ashtrays,



and snow removal of outdoor sidewalks

· Remove tables, chairs, and stages

· Reset tables, chairs, stages, and wall dividers according to floor plan specifications with physical ability to move 50lbs or more. Heavier movements are done with partner

· Cleaning of kitchen equipment as assigned

· Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operation systems

· Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

· Service, clean, and supply restrooms, including maintenance functions (eg. Plunging toilets)

Other duties, as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50-$23.00 per hour
