Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing shipments
- Support team members with daily operational tasks such as checkout, returns, and product inquiries
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for all staff and visitors
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance




- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts, sense of urgency.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
