We are hiring for a transportation company with an immediate opening for a Dock Coordinator.

Start Date: Immediately
Primary Shift: 4PM-12:30AM (must be flexible to work other shifts)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Rate: $25-27/hour

Responsibilities:

- Complete daily door and dock activity reports using dock tablet systems
- Manage door control and assign inbounds and outbounds
- Process OS&D; (overage, shortage, and damage) reports and follow from supervisors
- Coordinate dock workflow and communicate assigned tasks from supervisors
- Verify and control forklift inspection checks
- Set up trailer status and outbound load documentation
- Print dock bills and shipping paperwork as required
- Close loads in system when completed
- Support general dock coordination and other assigned duties

Requirements:





- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dock/terminal environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to follow operational procedures consistently
- Comfortable using tablets and basic computer systems
- Reliable and organized with strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and with dock team
