We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Therapist to join our collaborative and trauma-informed team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic clinician who is passionate about supporting adults to process trauma, addiction, complex relationships, relationship breakdown, addiction and self-injurious behaviours. Our ideal candidate specializes in trauma and complex family care. Advanced training in Brain Spotting, EMDR, A.R.T. or Somatic trauma-based therapies is preferred. Experience working with FNHA, WorkSafe, and ICBC an asset.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual (and optional couples/family) therapy sessions for adults
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Jane
- Participate in team meetings and consultations as needed




- Commit to inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practice

Qualifications

- Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Registered (or eligible) with a professional college or association (e.g., RSW, RCC, CCC, RP)

Advanced training in one or more of the following areas:

- Anxiety and depression treatment
- Relationship and attachment-based therapy
- Addiction recovery support
- Somatic or trauma-informed approaches
- Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills
