Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform daily cash balancing with precision
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Provide product information and technical sales support for electronic or specialized items
- Manage phone inquiries professionally,



directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and clearly
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales experience or ability to conduct product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
