What You'll Do

- Conduct professional in-home consultations.
- Assess customers' heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and water heating needs.
- Recommend customized HVAC solutions that improve comfort and efficiency.
- Present financing options and detailed proposals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Residential HVAC sales experience preferred.
- In-home sales experience in HVAC, windows, roofing, home improvement, or similar industries considered an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to build trust.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend appointments.

Multiple languages are considered a strong asset.
