Coleman Construction Ltd. is a well-established Construction Management and General Contracting company specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career with a respected company.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform all aspects of commercial and institutional carpentry.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Layout, frame, install, and finish a wide range of carpentry components.
- Install doors, frames, hardware, millwork, siding, roofing, drywall backing, and other finish materials.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Mentor apprentices and help maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of carpentry experience (commercial/ICI experience preferred).




- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes.
- High attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and robust work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, lifts, or telehandlers is an asset.
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications are considered assets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
