Apexx Epoxy Pros is a growing epoxy and resin systems company specializing in residential, commercial, and custom decorative installations. While garage floor coating systems remain a core service, our vision extends beyond traditional epoxy flooring. We are building a company focused on custom resin artistry, commercial flooring solutions, and eventually an industry-leading training and certification program.

We are seeking an experienced epoxy professional who is interested in flexible, part-time work and wants to help shape the future of a rapidly growing company.

This role is ideal for a seasoned installer looking to reduce physical workload while remaining hands-on, mentoring newer team members, and helping establish industry-leading installation standards.

Position Summary

The Head Installer & Instructor will serve as a lead field expert. This individual will oversee installations, ensure quality workmanship, mentor team members, and help develop the systems and standards that will eventually form the foundation of our training and certification programs.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for increased hours and leadership growth as the company expands.

Compensation

● $20–$40 per hour

Responsibilities

Installation Leadership

● Lead and oversee epoxy flooring installations

● Assist with surface preparation, grinding, repairs,



and moisture mitigation

● Install decorative flake systems

● Install metallic epoxy systems

● Install solid-color and commercial coating systems

● Perform quality control inspections throughout projects

● Ensure projects are completed to our quality standards

Commercial Development

● Provide technical input on commercial and industrial projects

● Assist with estimating and project planning when required

● Help identify opportunities for expanding commercial services

Qualifications Required

● 2+ years experience in epoxy flooring, resin systems, concrete coatings, or related flooring trades

● Strong understanding of concrete preparation and repair

● Experience with decorative flake flooring systems

● Experience with grinding and surface preparation equipment

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

● Valid driver's license

● Strong communication skills

● Ability to mentor and train others
