- Perform CNC program edits and basic programming using G-code, Fanuc, Mazatrol, or similar CNC controls.
- Prove out new setups and verify first-off parts before moving into production.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and program-related issues.
- Inspect completed parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain required tolerances and ensure parts meet all drawing and quality requirements.
- Monitor tool wear and make adjustments to maintain consistent production and part quality.

- Ability to independently take a job from setup through first-off approval and production.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T; knowledge.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, workholding, speeds and feeds, machining tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient with precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Mazak, Doosan, Fanuc-controlled, or multi-axis CNC equipment is considered an asset.
