JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven and eager and willing to learn with the main focus on customer service.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting and welcoming new vape customers and long-time customers to the store.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommending products based on individual’s requirements and budget.
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.




- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must Be 19+ Years Old to apply
- Minimum 2-year Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2-year Retail experience
- Minimum 2-year Sales experience

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
