Job summary:

One of our clients is currently hiring a Core Logger with 1+ year of geological logging experience to support remote exploration projects across Canada. The successful candidate will assist with geological core logging, sample preparation, and drill site operations while working in a remote camp environment.

Job Title: Core Logger

Location: Terrace, BC (Remote Camp)

Job Type: Full-time | Contract | Fly-In/Fly-Out

Pay Rate: $500/day ( based on experience this could change slightly more or less)

Responsibilities:

- Perform geological core logging, including measuring and recording oriented core structures.
- Lay out and organize drill core samples from mineralized and non-mineralized zones.
- Move core boxes in and out of the core shack (up to 40 lbs).
- Assist with core sample shipments and handling of heavy core bags.
- Support drill operations, including drill line-ups and shutdowns.




- Travel to remote drill sites by helicopter as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of core logging or geological logging experience required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be able to travel and work anywhere within Canada.
- Comfortable working in remote exploration camp environments.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling core samples and equipment.
- Available for rotational schedules (approximately 21 days on / 10 days off, schedule may vary).
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
