Job Title: Warehouse Sanitation Associate

Job Summary

Our client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Sanitation Associates to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workplace. This position is responsible for performing daily sanitation duties throughout the facility while accurately completing all required sanitation documentation and compliance records.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of warehouse floors, aisles, workstations, storage areas, and dock areas.
- Clean and sanitize break rooms, restrooms, offices, and other common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain warehouse floors using manual and powered cleaning equipment.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and sanitation materials are stocked and organized.
- Follow all sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and warehouse policies.
- Wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any sanitation, safety, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness to support warehouse safety and quality standards.
- Complete all required sanitation documentation, including:
- Daily sanitation logs




- Cleaning schedules
- Inspection checklists
- Chemical usage logs
- Equipment cleaning records
- Shift reports and other compliance documentation
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, legibly, and submitted on time.
- Assist with warehouse sanitation audits and inspections as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Experience completing logs, reports, or compliance paperwork is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic English reading and writing skills to complete required documentation.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle approved cleaning chemicals.
