Dental Patient Coordinator – Orthodontics (Will Train)

Salary: $26.00 – $30.00+ per hour (Commensurate with experience; we are highly motivated to pay above this range for an exceptional candidate)

Travel Requirement: Minimal (Only 3 days per month at our Duncan clinic)

What the Role Looks Like:

As the welcoming face of our Victoria practice, you will ensure a warm,



high-end experience for our patients and families.

- Welcoming patients and managing a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Coordinating and optimizing specialized orthodontic appointment schedules.
- Answering phone calls and emails with a professional, bright attitude.
- Efficiently managing scheduling shifts for regular adjustments alongside urgent or emergency appointments.
- Processing patient registrations and navigating insurance/billing tracking.
- Communicating seamlessly with referring general dentists.

What You Bring:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental front-office setting is preferred. (Orthodontic experience is a huge asset, but we are fully willing to train the right dental professional).

Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle to travel to our Duncan location just 3 days a month (Required).

Attitude: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong multitasking abilities under pressure, and a warm, patient-first mindset.
