What You’ll Do

- Perform commercial cleaning to the highest standard.
- Ensure every facility meets our quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Assist with training and supporting other staff as you grow into a leadership role.
- Help maintain our reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

- Extremely reliable and dependable.
- Outstanding attention to detail.




- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish, along with basic to good English.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or dependable access to transportation).
- Cell phone for communication.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Leadership qualities with a desire to grow into a supervisory and management position.
