Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Properly store food items and maintain inventory levels
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in assisting the kitchen team with meal preparation. Your attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.
