Len’s Mill Stores is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Guelph location.

We are looking for a positive, energetic leader who enjoys working alongside their team, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment.

About the Position

This is a hands-on management position. Our Store Manager is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service, merchandising, receiving inventory, maintaining store standards and supporting employees throughout their shifts.

The successful candidate will lead by example, motivate their team and take pride in the appearance, organization and overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and support the store team
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
- Participate directly in daily store operations
- Recruit, train, schedule and develop employees
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and organization
- Oversee inventory receiving, stocking and product presentation
- Monitor sales, payroll and other store performance targets
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally
- Promote a positive, respectful and team-oriented workplace
- Work closely with senior management to achieve company goals

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership,



communication and organizational skills
- A positive, approachable and team-oriented attitude
- The ability to lead by example and work alongside employees
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling, merchandising and inventory management
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment and managing changing priorities
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to perform the normal physical duties associated with retail work, with accommodation available as required

Experience in fabrics, sewing, yarn, crafts, home décor or a related retail environment is an asset, but not required.
