Overview
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities




- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Phone etiquette skills are desirable
