The Warehouse will be responsible for the inventory control and team management in the warehouse. As the direct point of contact for all warehouse associates, delivery partners, troubleshooting, and the overall efficiency and operation of the warehouse functions all while actively participating in the day to day tasks and workload.

What you will be doing! Your day to day will involve:

Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 7 - 9 warehouse associates; delegate daily tasks, set performance targets, and foster a cohesive team culture.
- Actively participate in daily warehouse labor alongside your team (picking, scanning, loading/unloading major home appliances such as refrigerators, stoves,



and dishwashers).
- Working closely with all internal departments.
- Maintain building security, including daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper product packaging, re-wrapping, and safe staging for transit.

Inventory Control, Health & Safety

- Maintain strict inventory control for incoming and outgoing products/supplies; prompt reporting of variances or delays.
- Enforce all Health & Safety protocols, including facility maintenance, equipment inspections, and record-keeping.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, clamp trucks).

What we are looking for:

- Warehouse management experience 3-5 years required
- 3+ years of logistics/appliances/hard goods/warehousing experience (preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills and critical thinker
- Excellent verbal communication skills and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift and/or clamp certification an asset
- Strong proficiency with Windows-based platforms, Google Workspace, and inventory/logistics management software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 75lbs
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle strongly recommended
