Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of electrical control, automation, and protection & control projects from order handover through final delivery and closeout. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has experience managing control panel builds, engineering coordination, procurement, and FAT/SAT activities in industrial or utility environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeout
- Act as the primary customer interface for project communication and coordination
- Review project scope, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate engineering, panel shop, procurement, quality, and commissioning teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance
- Identify risks and proactively resolve technical, schedule, or supply chain issues
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, NEMA, IEEE, and customer standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned

Qualifications & Experience

- 2+ years of project management experience in industrial controls, automation,



or electrical systems
- Strong understanding of control panels, PLCs, SCADA, and protection & control systems
- Experience working with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, or industrial clients
- Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and quality control requirements
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Engineering degree, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience

- Exposure to Rockwell, SEL, or similar platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
