The Opportunity
As a Financial Services Representative you will focus on developing and deepening cleint relationships by providing high quality sales and financial services advice. You will be responsible to adhere to regulatory requirements and compliant sales practices and will generate sales growth in the investments and life insurance products through outbound prospecting and new client acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering appropriate financial solutions.
- Assist customers with various financial services transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Promote and upsell relevant financial services products and services to meet customer goals
- Support the sales process by identifying opportunities for additional services and guiding clients through product options.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements during daily operations.
- Document transactions accurately and complete necessary reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Skills
- Life and Mutual Funds licenses are is required
- Minimum 1 year experience with Financial Services and Products is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales or upselling techniques within a financial or retail environment.
- Solid knowledge of financial services products and investment options
- Excellent communication skills to explain financial products clearly and answer customer questions effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
