Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling and safety regulations
- Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Support the team during busy hours by assisting with serving guests when needed




- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests promptly and courteously
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality, safety, and hygiene

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
