Broken Hill is looking for a reliable, experienced line cook for a full time position. Experience with line cooking is a must. Pastry experience is required.

Reports To: Head Chef and Sous Chefs

Essential Responsibilities: Light prep, stocking, line cooking. Plating and preparing dishes up to spec, kitchen cleanliness, completing checklists, upholding company values.

Definition of Success: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume line cooking, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.
