Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Salary: Starting $18.50/ hour

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Lead Lot Attendant to oversee daily lot operations. You’ll provide direction and support to our Lot Attendant team to help keep the dealership running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative while working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Lot Attendant team
✔ Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable vehicle inventory
✔ Coordinate vehicle movement throughout the dealership lot
✔ Ensure vehicles are parked and positioned according to dealership standards
✔ Coordinate vehicle fuel levels, charging, and basic vehicle readiness
✔ Port, shop load, organize service, detailing, and deliveries
✔ Ensure recent and used vehicles are properly prepared for display
✔ Monitor lot conditions and communicate maintenance or safety concerns
✔ Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer vehicle pickups
✔ Maintain accurate vehicle locations and inventory organization
✔ Support the Sales and Service Departments with vehicle movement as required
✔ Train and provide direction to Lot Attendants
✔ Ensure dealership vehicles, keys, and equipment are handled responsibly
✔ Lead by example and remain hands-on with daily lot operations

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous dealership, lot attendant, detailing, or automotive experience is considered an asset




✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
✔ Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual vehicles is considered an asset
✔ Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in Manitoba's changing weather conditions
✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional dealership appearance
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and keep the team on schedule
✔ Reliable, punctual, and willing to get hands-on with the work

Physical Requirements

✔ Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
✔ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the workday
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles throughout the workday
