Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, trade partners, and suppliers to coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of residential construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a robust understanding of residential construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Manager(s) with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Support the Estimator with supplier/trade quote requests, and scope accuracy
- Assist Site Supervisors with project coordination, documentation, material tracking, and organizing on-site information
- Prepare, submit, track, and coordinate all required residential permits, including development permits, building permits,



HVAC, electrical, gas, and any required municipal documentation
- Maintain project files, drawings, permits, specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate inspections, utility connections, and occupancy requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and municipal requirements.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, details, and terminology
- Experience in residential construction and home building
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
