The Opportunity

- Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong, proven experience in service plumbing and/or plumbing installations.

- Possess strong drain cleaning skills with the confidence to diagnose and clear blockages independently.

- Have experience or familiarity with heating systems, including furnaces and boilers. The ability to troubleshoot and service heating equipment is considered a strong asset.

- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision while remaining organized, efficient, and dependable.

- Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing and heating issues.

- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service with professionalism and clear communication.

- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing system.





- Collaborate effectively with office staff and fellow technicians while also being capable of working independently.

- Adhere to all applicable safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Journeyman Plumber preferred, or equivalent experience within the mechanical industry.

- 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice with proven experience performing at the level required for this role.

- Extensive experience in service plumbing.

- Hydronic heating experience is a strong asset.

- Strong experience servicing heating systems, including furnaces and boilers, will also be considered.

- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

- Valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
