We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build trust and rapport to optimize outcomes.

At Fanti + Associates, Physiotherapists we provide 1:1 high quality client centered care. We are known for this in the Thunder Bay community and region for almost 30 years.

This is a flexible hire of PT or FT working up to 40 hours/week.

Duties:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Educate patients on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies

Qualifications:




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registered and in Good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
