Job Summary

In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist members and guests with merchandise and ensure the smooth operation of the pro shop. Duties

- Greet members and guests warmly, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including, apparel, accessories, and membership services
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Makes customers aware of applicable golf course rules, regulations, and policies in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure the pro shop remains organized, attractive, and well-stocked
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products, services, or tee times
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and processing shipments

Requirements





- Previous retail sales or customer service and golf course experience is preferred;
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and product demos confidently
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or peak hours as needed; a positive attitude and team spirit are essential
