Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including knife skills and food handling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality control
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly





Requirements(All preferred but not required)

- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service operations is desirable
- Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is advantageous but not required
- A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service
