REPORTING TO: Human Resources & Safety Manager

ABOUT MOBIL GRAIN

Mobil Grain is a growing Saskatchewan-based organization operating two short line railways—Last Mountain Railway and Big Sky Rail—along with nine grain processing facilities, an intermodal terminal, and a shipping terminal. Our operations support Saskatchewan's agriculture and transportation industries and employ both unionized and non-unionized teams across multiple locations.

As our business continues to grow, we're building an HR team that partners with leaders, supports employees, and helps create practical people solutions that enable operational success.

WHY JOIN MOBIL GRAIN?

This is an opportunity to build your HR career in a role that offers variety, autonomy, and meaningful impact.

You won't be sitting behind a desk processing paperwork all day. You'll work directly with

leaders and employees, support recruitment across a wide range of positions, participate in employee relations matters, and help develop HR programs and processes that support a growing organization.

If you enjoy being visible in the business, building relationships, solving problems, and making a difference, we'd like to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll work closely with leaders across the organization to provide practical HR support in both unionized and non-unionized environments.

No two days will look the same. One day you may be recruiting for skilled trades or operations positions, while the next you're supporting an employee investigation, onboarding a new hire, assisting with policy development, or coaching a supervisor through an employee issue.
