DGPR Launchpad — Associate, Public Relations

DGPR builds strategic communications for innovative companies shaping the future and we're looking for the next generation of practitioners to grow with us.

We’re a high-growth strategic communications agency and Canada’s leading technology-only PR firm. DGPR is a small, but mighty firm that consistently punches above its weight and was recently named one of by Provoke Media.

DGPR Launchpad is our six-month, train-to-hire program for new graduates who are ready to build a real career in technology public relations. You won't be making coffee or watching from the sidelines, you'll be working on live campaigns for real clients, writing content that gets published, and pitching journalists who cover the world's most influential technology brands. Every step of the way you will be supported by an immersive training program, senior mentors and structured career development checkpoints.

What you'll do:

- Support media relations campaigns for technology companies across multiple sectors
- Write press releases, pitches, briefing documents, and thought leadership content
- Build relationships with journalists and track earned media results
- Contribute to strategy, campaign planning, and client communications
- Grow quickly — with structured training, mentorship, feedback, and real ownership

What we're looking for:

- A degree in communications, journalism,



public relations, or a related field
- Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and compelling across formats
- Genuine curiosity about technology and the companies shaping the future
- Organized, proactive, and accountable — you follow through
- A collaborative spirit with the drive to stand out
