As we continue to grow across Canada, we're looking for an Accounting Coordinator who wants to do more than process transactions—they want to help build a great company.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including:

 Accounts payable and receivable

 Payroll and government remittances

 Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

 Month-end and year-end support

 Inventory accounting and costing

 Cash flow and collections

 Financial reporting and budgeting support

 Continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls

What You'll Bring





 Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping

 3+ years of accounting experience

 Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting practices

 Experience with QBO

 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

 A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

Experience in inventory, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial businesses is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
