We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Office & Legal Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a real estate and legal office. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, prepare legal and real estate documents, coordinate appointments, maintain records, and provide excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process real estate and legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, property viewings, and client consultations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Track transaction deadlines and ensure documentation is complete.
- Manage office supplies and perform general administrative duties.
- Answer phone calls, emails,
and client inquiries professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with office procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Legal Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a real estate office, law firm, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and legal documentation is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
- Robust organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
