Job Title: Custodian / Facility Maintenance – Golf & Country Club
Salary: $40,000 per year
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Role Summary

Join our team to help maintain the premium standards of our golf facilities. We are looking for a physically fit, reliable qualified to ensure our Pro Shop, Restaurant, and Driving Range areas remain spotless and welcoming for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Facility Cleaning: Perform daily deep cleaning of the Pro Shop and Restaurant areas, including dusting displays and vacuuming carpets.
- Sanitization: Maintain high-standard cleanliness in all washrooms and locker room facilities.
- Floor & Window Care: Mop hard surfaces and perform regular window washing to ensure clear views of the course.
- Grounds Support: Clean and maintain multiple areas around the golf course range to ensure a litter-free environment.
- Waste Removal:



Empty all trash and recycling bins across the designated areas.

Requirements

- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including standing for 8 hours and safely lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Availability: Must be able to work the set schedule of Wednesday through Sunday (weekends are required).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot areas needing attention without constant supervision.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a professional attitude in a guest-facing environment.
