As the Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Store Manager by leading daily operations, driving exceptional customer service, and fostering a high-performing team. You’ll help cultivate a positive store culture, inspire team development, and contribute to overall business success.

What you’ll do:

- Lead by example by delivering outstanding, efficient, and courteous customer service.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns in line with company guidelines.
- Inspire and guide team members with clear communication, constructive feedback, and strong leadership.
- Encourage team accountability by supporting employee performance and career development through regular coaching.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance store performance.
- Partner with buyers to ensure inventory meets customer needs and lead store merchandising efforts.
- Promote Wellwise Home Health Care products and services through knowledgeable, professional, and personalized customer support.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Plan and execute in-store events to engage the community and drive sales.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of new team members to meet staffing needs.




- Create and manage effective employee schedules to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Facilitate ongoing training to ensure team members meet and exceed company standards.
- Implement security and safety measures to protect employees, customers, and store assets.
- Support succession planning by developing team members for future leadership opportunities.
- Reinforce safety protocols and emergency procedures among staff.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, operations, and corporate procedures.
- Champion a diverse and inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.

What you bring:

- Strong communication and presentation skills for customer engagement and team development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
