PART-TIME PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER in BARRIE, ONTARIO

*This is a very part-time (2 mornings/ week, appr. 10 am to 1:30 pm), live out, long-term position. No sponsorship available*

Hours: 2 late mornings or 1 morning and 1 afternoon per week, including one weekend morning every other week . Availability for Occasional afternoon or evening shifts of approximately 2 - 3 hours.

Seeking a reliable PSW with a minimum of 2 years Home care experience in Canada, to support a disabled female senior in her home with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping/laundry, groceries, etc. This is an active shift best suited to an energetic individual with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Hours: approx 7 - 8 hrs per week. Must be able to commit to a set schedule. Availability for occasional extra hours is a definite asset.

Vehicle and drivers license required.

Start date: September

PAY: $25/hour. Funded through the Direct Funding program of Ontario. All payments are made by cheque only. There are no cash payments .

**Work Experience in Canadian Home care setting required. Willingness to accept direction essential. Enjoys cooking. Comfortable with cats. (employer has 1 female cat)

**PSW certificate required
