As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers, introduce them to our clients' products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions that best meet their needs. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers face-to-face to build relationships and create a positive customer experience.
- Present and explain our clients' products and services in a professional, knowledgeable, and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and service packages that best fit their lifestyle or business.
- Generate new customer accounts while meeting individual and team sales objectives.




- Build customer confidence by answering questions and providing accurate product information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales documentation correctly.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
