Bayside Salon & Spa is located CF Shops at Don Mills mall. next to the Bridle Path, the most prestigious luxury residential area in Toronto, With convenient transportation, we are easily accessible by bus and subway. Bayside Salon & Spa is a large, full-service salon offering hair, nail, beauty, and medical aesthetic services, covering an area of 5,700 square feet with luxurious décor, providing our staff with the best working experience. Our clientele is of high calibre and offers generous tips. Our mission is to create an excellent working environment for our employees while helping them achieve higher income.We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber or Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Barbering and hair styling services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair nails facial skin care and more,



while also contributing to the overall success of our salon.

onsibilities

- Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services effectively to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide clients with current styles.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with upselling techniques.
