- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely dishwashing during service hours




- Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure continuous operation

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable, providing familiarity with food service workflows
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
