Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Class 1 Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key player in ensuring timely and safe delivery of PepsiCo Beverages Products to various locations in Northern New Brunswick. If you enjoy driving, handling freight, and working with heavy equipment, this position offers a outstanding opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering excellent service and has a keen eye for safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks, to deliver across designated routes.
- Load and unload freight using equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition before each shift.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding schedules or issues.
- Processing invoices and handling daily settlement of accounts.
- Stocking and rotating product in various environments, merchandising to standard at all accounts.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure secure driving practices at all times.

Skills

- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.




- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards related to transportation.
- You can maneuver large loads by hand and with use of various aides, requiring a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength .
- Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation accurately.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
