Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager - Operations to join our retail management team. Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
- Lead and supervise team members across various departments, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of customer service and sales
- Oversee merchandising activities to ensure attractive product displays, accurate pricing, and effective promotional setups aligned with company standards
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and overstock situations
- Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to support smooth store functioning




- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales and enhance customer engagement
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and reporting purposes

Experience

- Proven supervisory or team management experience within a retail environment
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and store management principles
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and effective communication
- Familiarity with payroll processing, purchasing procedures, and inventory management tools
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities through excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous recruiting or interviewing experience is advantageous for building high-performing teams
