Care Dental is seeking a #flossome Full time Patient Hospitality Coordinator to join our growing team.

Location: Care Dental (2691 Pandosy Street)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (less 1 hour for lunch)

The Patient Hospitality Coordinator is the very first face our patients see when they enter the practice. In this role, you set the tone for the entire visit. You are warm, professional, and genuinely enjoy welcoming people. At Care Dental, we believe patients should feel like family the moment they walk through the door.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally caring, highly organized, and thrives in hospitality, administration, or customer service environments. Dental experience is a strong bonus, but not required. We provide full training for the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

Although there is a seat available, this is generally an active position involving standing and moving throughout the day while helping keep the front of the practice running smoothly.

Responsibilities include

Opening the practice at 7:30am and preparing the space for the day

Warmly greeting patients and ensuring a seamless check-in process including completion of medical and intake forms

Answering phone calls, assisting with patient inquiries, and supporting basic scheduling

Managing the spa-inspired atmosphere of the practice including music and essential oil diffusers

Preparing patient refreshments such as mint tea or cucumber infused water





Leading appointment confirmations and assisting with hygiene insurance coverage

Keeping the Welcome Lounge tidy and beautifully presented for the best possible patient experience

Contacting insurance companies to obtain and enter insurance plan information

Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Light housekeeping duties

Occasional assistance with social media posts

Experience with ClearDent software is an asset, though we are happy to train the right candidate. Because this role is active, applicants should be comfortable being on their feet for portions of the shift.
