Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating workplace for young children. This role involves educating and caring for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and collaborating with families to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
- Educate children on various subjects, including language, math, science, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.




- Utilize computer operation skills for administrative tasks such as lesson planning and record keeping.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Experience

- Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as language skills can enhance communication with diverse families.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
