About the Role

Based in Flin Flon/The Pas, you’ll service and install commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while working alongside a team that values quality workmanship, customer relationships, and technical expertise.

Your work will include:

- Service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems




- Installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman HVAC Technician or Level 3 or Level 4 Apprentice (Level 1 & 2 apprentices are not being considered)
- Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety-minded with excellent customer service skills
- Gas Fitter B License is an asset but not required
