Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in healthcare billing? Our busy, client-focused clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!

We specialize in rehabilitation related to Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and also serve clients through Extended Health Care (EHC) plans, as well as private accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in billing for these areas and a solid understanding of Universal clinic management software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and process billing for MVA, EHC, and private accounts.

- Submit and track invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant billing procedures and insurance guidelines.

- Communicate with insurers, legal offices, and clients regarding billing inquiries.

- Generate financial and accounts receivable reports as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in healthcare billing, specifically with MVA, EHC,



and private pay accounts.

- Proficiency with Universal software (or similar clinic management systems).

- Robust organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
