Responsibilities

- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, wear, and tear; communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately.
- Assist customers by explaining services performed, recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.




- Support the sales team by promoting additional services or products that meet customer needs.

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures such as tire service, oil changes, and basic repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or vehicle inspections.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards assisting clients.
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services confidently.
- Prior experience working with mechanic tools and understanding vehicle systems is a plus.
