Part-Time Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for health and wellness.

As one of the first people our patients interact with, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both the administrative and clinical operations of the practice.

About the Role

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their care journey. This position combines front desk coordination, patient communication, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities with light clinical support to help keep the clinic running efficiently.

You will work closely with our chiropractors and healthcare team to provide outstanding customer service while assisting with patient flow, assessments, and prescribed therapies.

This position is especially well suited to someone studying or interested in chiropractic, kinesiology, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, health sciences, neuroscience, human movement, or a related healthcare field.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination & Administration





- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional, and positive experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the daily clinic schedule
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out of appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on clinic procedures and help guide them through their care plans
- Coordinate communication between patients and practitioners
- Help ensure an organized and efficient flow throughout the clinic

Clinical Support

- Assist practitioners with patient assessments and clinical procedures
- Perform spinal scans, posture evaluations, nervous system assessments, and digital orthotic scans following clinic protocols and training
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for appointments
- Guide patients through practitioner-prescribed therapies and rehabilitation exercises
- Reinforce practitioner-directed education and home care recommendations
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment
- Restock clinical supplies and maintain equipment readiness

Previous experience in a chiropractic office, medical clinic, rehabilitation clinic, fitness environment, or customer service role is an asset but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Position Requirements

- Part-time position
- Availability Monday through Friday is required
- This is an independent contractor position
- Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour
