- Document inspection findings and implement corrective actions when required.
- Provide on-site support to Team Leads and/or employees to resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.

Client Relations

- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting the Regional Operations Manager in maintaining positive relationships.
- Respond to client feedback or complaints and assist in resolving service concerns and implementing corrective measures in a timely manner.
- Participate in site walkthroughs, service reviews, and client meetings when required.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, payroll coordination, ordering, billing and invoicing, supply inventory, and employee onboarding documentation.
- Maintain inspection reports, operational records, and internal documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management regarding site performance, service quality, and operational metrics.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

- Support internal quality assurance initiatives and service improvement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Assist with documentation and preparation for audits, inspections, or client reporting.

Logistics & Travel

- Travel regularly to client sites across the Western Canada region using a company vehicle.
- Assist with coordinating materials, supplies, and equipment required for site operations.
- Maintain flexibility for occasional extended site visits depending on operational needs.

Work Schedule

- 40 hours per week
