Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with additional experience in heavy equipment operation, industrial machinery, and mechanical systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles, trucks.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Repair or replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Utilize welding skills for metal repairs when necessary
- Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist with assembly or disassembly of vehicle parts as needed




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing customer concerns professionally

Skills

- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic with experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including HVAC, electrical, and engine components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers

Pay: $38.46-$40.00 per hour
