Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (Chinese/English)

What You Will Do

- Build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, phone calls, and in person meetings.
- Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions that best fit their personal or business goals.
- Present and explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
- Focus on developing commercial insurance opportunities, while also supporting auto and property insurance clients.
- Establish relationships with centres of influence such as car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and other local businesses.
- Guide clients through the application process and provide ongoing support throughout their insurance journey.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.




- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages long term relationships and referrals.

What You Bring

- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or a customer facing sales role is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A passion for helping clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in presenting solutions and closing sales.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and marketing strategies is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $40,000 to $100,000 per year.
